We source seasonal green coffee from a handful of growers and roast to order every Tuesday and Friday. No blends we can't trace.

Halden started as a market stall in 2016 and now runs a 12kg drum a stone's throw from the water. Everything is roasted by two people who answer their own emails — if a bag isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
